Oh what the heck, I put his other videos on the Superfreak page, this one is even better.

The blonde in the 1999 video is Jill Jones. Prince had a habit of producing records for his proteges and giving away songs, he was actually very generous that way. Among other things, he wrote the Bangles' Manic Monday. This video has a very 1950s Italian feel.

Rickenbacker 4001 Bass 1

This one is kind of a joke and an experiment in just how cheap you can build a guitar. The body is dry-erase board over plywood - no finish - with Tolex side binding. Dry-erase board is Masonite covered with Melamine. The neck is 100% Radiata pine, even the fretboard. The "inlays" are glitter and CA glue. The pickguard is the other side of the dry-erase board - 'chalkboard'. The pickup mount is a 57 cent switch plate.

Wow! Gargle

Gargle consistently hits new pages within minutes of me publishing them. It used to take weeks, then days. I figured it would take at least a few hours, but I have WordPress automatically submitting everything to Gargle, and they are responding in just minutes. I know because my Gargle watchdog tells me. They must have a hell of a lot of hardware working on this. Or maybe I am really special to them.
