Doing Things Wrong

Tomorrow Never Knows

Since I mentioned it in the last post … Sir Paul getting a lot of mileage out of one note. I wonder if Geddy Lee or Les Claypool could pull this off?
Well, whaddayouknow ! Nope ! Les is doing alright, but Geddy is messing it up royally. Come on, man, show some self-restraint! I guess he picked the wrong week to quit smoking drinking amphetamines sniffing glue.

What the heck is this? At least the band is playing it right.

The more I think about it, the more that second video bugs me. Geddy is a pro, he should be able to play that bassline, it's not that hard. I want to see another video where he plays that song right, while simultaneously singing and making weird noises with his sneakers. I'm sure Alex would be happy to help on guitar (or sneakers.) Should take about two minutes to program up a drum machine, and just as well. I don't think Neil would have made it through the whole thing without having a fit on the rototoms. Somebody start a write-in campaign - we need to see this.

Ten bucks is ten bucks.
Beauty, eh?
Take off!

I have been satisfied with the overall look and feel of the site for a while now, so it became time to clean up the code. A lot of features and ideas were scabbed-on in whatever way worked, resulting in a lot of kludgy code and redundancy. Some things ( like the main navigation menu ) became so convoluted that it was hard to predict exactly what they would do.
